Issues a command to Video Monitoring Software to re-start with the currently saved settings. This takes about 20 seconds to occur, so give the program time to restart before issuing any commands to it. Use this command for maintenance purposes.
It is needed after changing the following parameters, Compressor.
Note:
Avoid using this command unless absolutely necessary, since you
might not be able to restart to Web Mode after making some un-understood changes
from a remote location. It is advised to setup Web Mode locally on your computer
with correct settings before leaving it unattended.
